Delivery Options

Whether you are ordering the latest DVDs or Xbox One games, your Hit.co.uk delivery will be free of charge. As long as you are ordering within the UK, delivery will be free, and your items should arrive within three working days.

If your items don't arrive between four and fourteen working days, get in touch at returns@hit.co.uk to inform customer service that your products haven't been received. 

Returning Your Items

To return an item from Hit, you will need to log in to your account and request a “Return Authorisation.” After logging in, you will be able to view your order and what is eligible for a return. If your item is eligible, you can package the item securely and include the printed statement of the “Return Authorisation” of that specific item to receive your refund.

Most items will be accepted for return, however, there are a number of items that are not eligible for a return, including specially ordered items or items ordered on your behalf that are carried outside the scope of the standard catalogue.
