Indicate the product’s condition by answering the ‘What condition is your device?’ question that appears. Then click ‘Next: Your discount options’ to be taken to a page showing new products that you can use your discount on, as well as the amount of the trade-in discount.

After purchasing the new product with your trade-in discount, Samsung will send you prepaid return packaging. If the trade-in product hasn’t been received after 14 days, you’ll be required to pay an amount equal to the discount you received.

Make Payments Over Time

Samsung Finance allows customers to pay less upfront for a product and pay the remainder over a designated period. 

After a minimum upfront payment of 10%, remaining payments on orders that cost more than £750 can be made over a 12- to 36-month term, while payments on orders over £250 can be made over a period of up to 24 months. 

Payments for purchases between £150 and £250 can be made in 12 monthly instalments after a 20% upfront payment.

Upgrade Your Phone Every Year

When you join Samsung Upgrade, pay 10% of the cost of a new phone upfront, followed by monthly payments. After 12 months, you can either keep paying off your first phone or upgrade to the latest Galaxy phone and return your old one! 

This Upgrade Programme is financed by an interest-free credit agreement. When you upgrade to a new phone, Samsung will settle the existing loan agreement on the old phone, and you’ll enter into a new loan agreement to pay off the new phone. The cost of monthly payments on a new device will vary depending on the price of the phone.
